The Circle Retreats

Our group day retreats offer a nourishing space to pause from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself and the women around you. Through a blend of guided practices, restorative movement, creative reflection, and meaningful conversation, each retreat invites you to slow down and soften into presence. With nourishing food, intentional time, and the support of community, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, restored, and open to joy.

In a world that trains us to brace, to hustle, to hold it all together, joy can feel out of reach. This retreat is an invitation to soften into the body and reawaken your natural capacity for pleasure, safety, and ease. 

 

Intention:

To gently expand the nervous system's window of tolerance through movement, breath, and rest-so joy becomes more sustainable, not fleeting.

-Guided somatic movement practices with Ally. 

-Education on nervous system regulation &polyvagal theory

-Creative reflection & journaling to anchor your experience

-A nourishing shared meal and a circle of women walking beside you
